Jennifer Cutshall, CEO 

Jennifer has more than 20 years of government and industry experience with expertise in marketing, communications, and news media gained from several senior-level positions in the federal government and broadcast journalism industries. She has significant experience developing strategies and plans for effective marketing and communications campaigns and supporting implementation through the creation and delivery of a wide range of vehicles. Key positions at the White House, CBS News (San Francisco affiliate), U.S. Senate, CIA, and the office of a former U.S. President. Jennifer completed a graduate program in Broadcast Journalism at Stanford University, earned her MS degree in National Security Affairs from Georgetown University and earned her BS degree (double major) in Psychology and Political Science from Indiana University.

Peter Sobich, President

Peter has more than 20 years of management consulting experience gained through the delivery of strategy and management services to a wide range of federal government and private sector organizations. His areas of expertise include business management and operations, process improvement, change management, organization design, strategic communications, and project management. Peter is skilled at leading strategy, management, and operations assessments, designing and delivering organizational, process, and performance improvements, and facilitating strategic planning efforts with senior-level executives. He has served in several leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Global Business Services, the White House, and other mid-sized consulting firms. Peter earned his MBA from Duke University and his BA degree in Communications from the University of Washington.

Jim Hiles, Corporate Development

Jim is a seasoned Strategy and Organizational Development leader with 30 years of experience gained through a 23-year Navy career and more than 10 years as a contractor providing support for Federal and commercial clients in high-stakes environments. Jim has overseen the implementation of Federal enterprise-level initiatives and has architected multiple stand-ups of functions and organizations within companies and government agencies. Having earned his EdD in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, Jim has led investigations, studies and analyses including recommendations, roadmaps, and implementation. A skilled researcher and facilitator, Jim is also a subject matter expert and advanced practitioner in cost estimating and analysis.

Brandon Dart, Director

Brandon is a seasoned business development lead, proven solution architect, and experienced program manager. With more than 15 years of federal consulting experience, he has demonstrated success as both key contributor and leader, providing program/project management, organizational change management, process improvement, strategic communications, and information technology. Federal clients he has supported include the U.S. Departments of Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Treasury, Veterans Affairs, and others. He earned his BA and MA in Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park and holds both Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.

Harrison Moore, Director

Harrison has more than 11 years of experience providing project and change management services to the Federal Government. He specializes in providing project management, process improvement, change management, and training support to clients including the U.S. Departments of Education, Energy, Treasury, and Transportation. He has also served as a legislative aide to two Members of Congress. Mr. Moore graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Government and is a certified Project Management Professional, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Tyler Pietruszka, Director

Tyler has 11 years of program, management, business, and financial analyst experience supporting efforts at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and U.S. Departments of Justice, Veterans Affairs, Defense, and Interior. He has effectively supported clients and project teams through the delivery of program and project management; strategy and planning; business process improvement; change management and communications; and business and financial analysis services. Mr. Pietruszka earned his BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and maintains both Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.

Rachel Koether, Senior Manager

Rachel has more than 20 years of experience working with front-end SharePoint development and object-oriented programming to proactively develop innovative technology solutions that solve stubborn client challenges, including dashboards, analytics, automated reports, and advanced Microsoft Office-based scripts. She specializes in working with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and build elegant solutions using out-of-the-box Microsoft tools. Clients she has supported include the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Ms. Koether earned her BS in Computer Science from the University of Mary Washington.

Micajah "Mike" Anderson, Manager

Mike is a veteran consultant with more than 30 years of management, training, and software development consulting experience supporting a variety of federal government and private sector organizations. His areas of expertise include technical writing, software requirement development, software testing, project portfolio management, communications, program/project metrics, and SharePoint design and development. His clients have included the U.S. Coast Guard, the Department of Transportation, Fannie Mae, the Department of Veterans Affairs and most recently the Department of Education. Mike earned his BA degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University.

Stephanie McLeod Diaz, Manager

Stephanie McLeod Diaz has more than 20 years of experience in organizational change management, strategic communications, organizational development, human resources and project management in both government and industry. She has a successful record of leading and supporting complex projects and strategic initiatives as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Stephanie has a BA in Political Science and MS in Family, Youth and Community Sciences from the University of Florida; an MBA in Finance from the University of North Florida; and an MS in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University. She holds several industry certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is also a proud mom and Military Spouse.

Anita Ostrovsky, Manager

Anita has more than 9 years of experience supporting engagements in both Federal agencies and private industry. She is an experienced project manager with a demonstrated history of successful cross-sector engagement and implementation of high impact initiatives. She is skilled in project, program, and partnership management; process improvement; and strategic communications. She has supported federal clients at the U.S. Departments of State, Justice, and Education. She earned her BA in Theatre and Russian from Wake Forest University. Her certifications include Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.

Harit Singh, Manager

Harit brings to the team more than 8 years of professional experience including business analysis and process improvement experience supporting efforts at the U.S. National Institutes of Health, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Transportation, and the private sector. Some of his technical skills include lean six sigma process improvement and analysis, BPMN process mapping fundamentals, and business process re-engineering. Harit earned his BA in Global Affairs from George Mason University and holds an active Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (LSSBB) through BMGI.

Becky Vacca, Manager

Becky Vacca has more than 14 years of experience, including more than 5 years in project and program management roles. She specializes in working with clients to achieve goals and maximize available resources. Becky has a BA in Government from The University of Texas at Austin and an MA in International Studies from the University of Denver. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Anna Doorenbos, Senior Consultant

Anna is an experienced records management professional with more than 11 years of experience providing service to federal agencies. Using National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) best practices, she has successfully supported a number of records management initiatives at the U.S. Departments of Treasury, Homeland Security, and Justice. She exhibits strong technical acumen and possesses a deep knowledge of records management procedures and policies. She holds an MA in American History from the University of Maryland, a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from the University of Maryland, and has earned a BA in History from Cornell College.

Talia Rhea, Senior Consultant

Talia Rhea has more than 10 years of experience in project management, records program development, management and implementation, process improvement, organizational change management, training and knowledge management. She is a high performing former U.S. Marine Captain with expertise in NARA records policies and requirements, administrative organization and management, communications planning and implementation, and leadership, mentoring and coaching. Talia has a BA in English & Communications from Thomas Edison State University, and an MA in International Affairs & Public Policy from Liberty University. She also completed her Military Leadership Course at The Basic School. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Certified Professional Coach.

Zachary Rosensteel, Senior Consultant

Zachary brings to our team more than 7 years of professional experience supporting engagements in both private industry and Federal agencies including Capitol Hill, U.S. Departments of Education and Justice. He is experienced in program and project management, customer service, and communications. He is skilled in oral and written communication, having managed the entire constituent correspondence program for a senior member of Congress. Zachary earned his BA in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and holds both Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.

Haroon Siddiqi, Senior Consultant

Haroon brings to the team more than 7 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle, Quality Assurance, Software Testing Life Cycle, Test Methodology, Change Management, Configuration Management, Risk Analysis, and GAP Analysis. Clients he has supported include the U.S. Departments of Labor, Transportation, and Veterans Affairs and many commercial clients. He earned his BS in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University.

David Warren, Senior Consultant

David brings more than four years of federal consulting to the team, with specialized experience in business analysis, healthcare management, healthcare technology, and patient care experience. His clients have included the Defense Health Agency (DHA) where he provided subject matter expertise to customers and stakeholders regarding organizational processes, products, and services, and Health and Human Services (HHS) where he provided onsite IT project management support for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). David earned his master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Annie Zameer, Senior Consultant

Annie is a solutions-driven Business System Analyst and Scrum Master with 10 years of experience supporting commercial and federal clients in deadline-driven environments. She possesses strong knowledge of technical implementations and upgrades, quality assurance processes, and change request management. Annie earned her BS in Business Administration, from Washington University of Virginia and is both a certified Scrum Master and a certified Project Management Professional.

Chloe Conboy, Consultant

Chloe Conboy is an accomplished communications and media strategist with 7 years of experience in communications, legislative affairs, broadcast journalism and public affairs at the Federal, state, and local levels. She has extensive experience developing and implementing proactive and on-demand communications strategies and products to advance client objectives and goals. She has served in roles such as Deputy District Director, Press Secretary and Field Representative for a senior member of Congress, and has held roles as a Strategic Affairs Manager for Manatee County Government in Florida and a Digital Content Producer for a local ABC News affiliate. She has experience creating a range of work products, such as strategies, talking points, press releases, web content, and social media plans, crisis communications, supporting Congressional proceedings, communications campaigns, and stakeholder outreach. Chloe earned a BA in Professional and Technical Communication from the University of South Florida.

Dena Kohn, Consultant

Dena has two years of professional experience supporting engagements in technology and pharmaceutical industries. She is experienced in workflow mapping and improvement, meeting facilitation, monitoring program risks, data analysis, coordinating complex projects, and overall providing program management support with a focus on challenging and strict deadlines. Dena earned a B.A. in Economics from Wake Forest University and is a certified scrum master.
