Having earned his EdD in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, Jim has led investigations, studies and analyses including recommendations, roadmaps, and implementation. A skilled researcher and facilitator, Jim is also a subject matter expert and advanced practitioner in cost estimating and analysis.
