Management Strategies pays 100% of the cost of an employee’s health insurance. Family insurance options are available through payroll deduction. We offer a comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision program with United Healthcare (Choice Plus Direct).
Management Strategies offers employees a 401(k) program through SunTrust Online 401(k) with a generous employer match, specifically 100% of the first 3% of pay that is contributed and 50% of the next 2% of pay that is contributed. Employees must defer at least 5% of their pay to be eligible for the full match. Employees are eligible to participate through pre-tax deductions on day one of their employment.
DISABILITY COVERAGE AND LIFE INSURANCE
Management Strategies pays 100% of the cost of Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance for each employee and a Life Insurance Policy with coverage of up to $100,000. Employees are eligible on day one of their employment.
PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONUS PROGRAM
Management Strategies’ Performance Assessment and Performance Bonus Program provides employees with a comprehensive performance assessment through a collaborative review process and an opportunity for a bonus based on performance against a pre-established list of criteria that is specific to an employee’s role in the firm.
Management Strategies believes it is important for employees to develop new skills and maintain existing ones. We reimburse employees up to 50% of the cost of pre-approved training.
Management Strategies’ participation in the WMATA SmartBenefits Program allows employees to direct pre-tax dollars from their paychecks to their SmarTrip cards, which can be used to pay for transit or parking expenses.
PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
Management Strategies offers employees four (4) weeks of paid time off each year. We believe that time away from work to recharge and relax is critically important. Employees begin accruing PTO from day one of employment and it is available to use for vacation days, personal business or short term illness.
Management Strategies offers employees 10 paid holidays each year (in accordance with the Federal holiday schedule) in addition to PTO.
